题名：Effects of social capital on energy poverty: Evidence from the national key ecological function zones in Northeast China

摘要：In the contemporary discourse of sustainable development, the phenomenon of energy poverty emerges as a formidable challenge to the trajectory of human progress in the 21st century. Employing a comprehensive fourperiod longitudinal dataset spanning from 2018 to 2021, which encapsulates the national key ecological function zones (NKEFZs) in Northeast China, this study utilize two-way fixed effects models and mediating effect model to disentangle the intricate relationship between social capital and energy poverty, while also elucidating the fundamental mechanisms that underlie this association. This study shows that social capital has an inhibitory effect on energy poverty among residential households, a result substantiated by a series of robustness checks. And social capital can indirectly alleviate households’ energy poverty by fostering their borrowing and lending behavior and enhancing their energy service perception. Additionally, the impact of social capital on households’ energy poverty exhibits heterogeneity contingent upon their information access, business engagement, and housing conditions. This study contributes significantly to the accurate measurement of the magnitude and distribution of multidimensional energy poverty among residential households in NKEFZs in Northeast China. Furthermore, it offers valuable insights for the design of a social capital framework aimed at reducing household energy poverty.

朱洪革，男，东北林业大学教授，博士生导师。东北林业大学林业经济管理学科获得管理学博士学位，曾在中国社会科学院农村发展研究所博士后流动站工作。目前任东北林业大学农林经济管理一级学科带头人，是黑龙江省现代林业与碳汇经济发展智库的首席专家之一。兼任中国林业经济学会理事、黑龙江省林业经济学会副秘书长、中国林业经济学会森林生态经济专业委员会副主任委员等职务。主要研究方向为国有林区林业经济理论与政策，先后在《Energy》《Forest Policy and Economics》《中国农村经济》《林业科学》等国内外高水平期刊发表数十篇。主持国家重点研发计划子课题、教育部人文社会科学研究规划课题、长期承担国家林业和草原局发展研究中心规划课题以及省级重点课题多项。获得东北林业大学教学成果奖、教学质量优秀奖、教学改革奖、优秀本科生指导教师等荣誉称号。

方舒怡，女，硕士研究生，本科第六学期通过优博计划保研至农林经济管理专业。先后在《林业经济问题》、《Energy》等期刊发表论文，主要研究方向为国有林区林业经济理论与政策，研究生期间曾获得“正大杯”第十三届全国大学生市场调查与分析大赛（研究生组）国家级三等奖、2024全国研究生乡村振兴案例大赛银奖、省级社会实践先进个人等多项荣誉奖励，累积参与导师省部级、国家林草局课题或科研项目共八项。

张少鹏，男，东北林业大学副教授，硕士生导师，哈尔滨工业大学管理学博士。现任教于东北林业大学经济管理学院农林经济管理学科、林业经济管理专业。主要研究方向为创新经济学、环境经济学。先后在《Technological Forecasting & Social Change》《Energy》《Environmental Research》《Scientometrics》等国际知名SSCI检索期刊，以及《科学学研究》《科研管理》《中国人口·资源与环境》等国内权威CSSCI检索期刊发表学术论文20余篇。担任《林草政策研究》《国土资源科技管理》《科技创新发展战略研究》杂志青年编委；中国科学学与科技政策研究会数字创新管理专业委员会会员、技术管理专业委员会会员；多个SSCI、CSSCI期刊以及国际会议的匿名审稿人。主持中国科协2021年度高端科技创新智库青年项目，核心参与国家自然科学基金、国家社会科学基金以及教育部人文社科规划项目。
