题名：AI washing: How does it influence firm value?

摘要：This paper examines the effect of AI washing on firm value. Using data from Chinese listed companies from 2016 to 2024, we find a significant inverted U-shaped relationship between AI washing and firm value. Furthermore, this relationship is more pronounced in large, state-owned, and high-tech enterprises. This study not only reconciles previously conflicting views on the market response to AI washing but also offers valuable practical implications for managers, investors, and regulators.

杨立成，副教授，硕士生导师，南京大学工商管理博士（2025）、中央民族大学技术经济及管理硕士（2021）。入选中国知网（CNKI）高被引学者Top5%，累计在Business Strategy and the Environment、中国软科学、管理学报等SSCI/CSSCI发表论文22篇，主持并参与多项国家级和省部级项目。研究领域为战略管理与公司治理，研究兴趣聚焦于企业环境行为、信息披露，CSR、家族企业、供应链管理与创新管理等方面。担任期刊和学术会议匿名审稿人，如Emerging Markets Finance and Trade、IACMR等。
